SPHS Additions and Renovations Survey

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. We are interested in feedback from citizens in response to the recent November 6 vote on the South Portland High School Additions and Renovations Project.

Answer questions as they relate to you. For most answers, check the boxes most applicable to you or fill in the blanks.

Results will be collated and reviewed by the Secondary Schools Facilities Committee as they plan for a joint meeting of the Board of Education and City Council in the spring of 2008.
